Nevertheless, he knows that it is only this application understanding to back up the components that ultimately leads to business success. He therefore places a great deal of value on and willingly invests in in-house and external training courses held regularly for their employees. This is the only way to ensure exclusive and competent project advice can be provided to current state-of-the-art standards.
binder is and remains the core line for Euroconnectors. Virtually every customer enquiry can be optimally solved with the suitable binder connector. Euroconnectors has been working closely together with binder since 2005 and since then it has been known as the official sales partner for Southern Germany and Romania. The distribution team in Karlsfeld is eagerly supported by its backoffice and sales colleagues in Romania. Euroconnectors is proud of its cooperation with binder: “After all, binder offers the largest and most flexible portfolio for M5 to M23 connectors (standardised for Industry 4.0) worldwide”, explained the long-standing sales representative Thomas Dosch.

In addition to individual and primarily manufacturer-independent consulting expertise, Euroconnectors has also pledged to achieve short response times and maximum flexibility for its some 1,500 customers. The particular adaptability is characterised, for example, by the offer of minimum quantities, customised stocking and Kanban delivery. The “service philosophy” comes first. Each member of the team is solely focussed on achieving the best technical solution. This is only possible with a long-standing wealth of experience and a deep understanding for our own product range in conjunction with precise knowledge and correct evaluation of the customer’s products and requirements. The versatile service offer not only includes precise understanding of applications and technical know-how, but also reliable design-in advice, supply-chain management, catalogue, data and sample dispatch and cross-references. To enable it to supply an optimum solution, Euroconnectors also has its own in-house cable production: due to the exclusive combination of prefabricated cables directly from binder with individually produced cables from Euroconnectors, each enquiry is solved satisfactorily.
The Euroconnectors name was established in 2002 as, with the introduction of the euro currency, a new brand could be developed which supported the European idea of fast, transparent and cross-border business. Until then, Euroconnectors was a business unit of Lacon Electronic, which provided support for customer projects in the EMS business with its expertise in tailor-made connection solutions.
“We sell our connectors throughout Europe and not only connect electromechanical components, but also customers in the entire Euro zone”, is how Thomas Dosch reports on the origin of the name.


Quick sample selection and hot coffee

The place to go for an even faster solution to a problem is the “Euroconnectors Steckercafé”, officially opened two years ago. In a pleasant atmosphere and a cup of hot coffee, customers can receive person-to-person advice in a relaxed, hectic-free zone. There are a large number of different connectors and other components to touch and test and for quick sample selection. The suitable expert with detailed technical knowledge of design-in, cross-references and information on processing and use, individually takes care of their visitor and their project.
