Punch-outs for cables and wires are the order of the day in control cabinet construction. In order to be able to make these quickly and safely for breakouts of Confix hose bushings, icotek has developed the Confix sheet metal punch. This sheet metal punch can be used to punch the special breakout shapes for Confix flange angles for corrugated hoses.
Corrugated hoses for cable routing are used wherever cables need to be protected from mechanical or weather damage. The Icotek flange angles ensure safe cable routing and are characterized by easy handling, robustness and a practical design.
The Confix punch holes are used to punch out the exact opening for the flange bracket. They are designed for max. 2 mm stainless steel (V2A versions), sheet steel, aluminum and plastic and are suitable for hand-operated hydraulic equipment and hydraulic foot pumps. The sheet metal punch is also compatible with hydraulic hand punches of other manufacturers.
The scope of delivery includes punch, die and matching hydraulic screw as well as lock nut and a robust and padded transport case.
