The worldwide increase in energy consumption, driven by the growing demand for efficient grid and load management, the rapid growth of hybrid and electric vehicles, and uninterruptible power supply, leads to an increasing demand for more efficient and compact solutions also for connectors. The new Mixo CX 01 30 and CX 01 30B modules are ILME's answer for high-current 300A and 1000V connectors.
The connectors are available in two versions:
- Double frame slotted modules for phase and PE connection, available in two sizes: 01 (normal), for conductors with cross section from 16mm² to 70mm², and 01B (large), for 95mm² to 120mm², for increased current carrying capacity.
- Double frame slot modules for phase and PE connection are equipped with a special insulating plate and a snap-in locking cover to ensure effective 360° finger protection. The insulating plate can be rotated around the module axis in 90° increments and locked in place to ensure maximum application flexibility. This prevents accidental contact between conductive elements (side-by-side installation).
C30 series crimp contacts are available for the modules in seven different sizes from 16 to 120 mm². Both variants enable fast assembly, as they are supplied pre-assembled and prepared for engaging the crimp connections. Thus, they enable simple, safe installation and reliable connection.
