Easy and effort-saving plug operation

Lever push-in technology enables one-handed operation

One of the time-eaters during control cabinet building is wiring. Studies affirm that this process steps takes around 66% of the complete production time. The pluggable modular terminal blocks Combi from Phoenix Contact have a standardized mating zone and thus offer simple, time-saving wiring. New for the standardized mating zone are now the LP Combi connectors with lever push-in technology for easy integration of pre-assembled conductors.

It is possible to connect different conductor types with and without ferrules. The lever push-in technology allows easy and effort-saving plug operation with one hand. Thanks to the versatile locking accessories, the contact system can withstand even strong vibration. The product portfolio includes pre-assembled connectors with up to 15 poles in a nominal cross-section of 2.5 mm². The individually configurable connectors offer a high degree of flexibility. The self-assembly variants are used for modular assembly for individual applications.

The plug-in Combi terminal blocks are a special form of hybrid terminal blocks. The terminal blocks have a standardized plug-in zone on one side and Push-in, screw, spring-cage or fast-connection technology on the other side. Due to the contact system, they can withstand extreme vibration levels. The plug-in terminal blocks save a lot of time when carrying out signal and power wiring. The video shows the advantages of pluggable terminal blocks for efficient control cabinet wiring.
