More compact, more reliable, more robust: TE Connectivity presented the Dynamic D1000 Slim at SPS - Smart Production Solutions for robust plug connections in confined spaces in automation and robotics as well as in areas such as automated guided vehicles (AGVs), servo motors or semiconductor production: Equipped with a robust, flat locking mechanism, the connector reliably secures the correct connection with a tactile and audible click. The structure is designed to withstand external forces and reduce the risk of accidental disconnection even in tightly packed, confined spaces.
In addition, the streamlined design of the D1000 Slim makes it well suited for integration into small collaborative robots. While maintaining voltage performance, it is up to 47% smaller than D1200 series connectors and maximises performance even with more pole connections. The Dynamic D1000 Slim is available in different colours and with two coding types to provide visual guidance for correct and efficient mating.
